Khichdi is one of the best healthy instant food. The mixture is pre-roasted, so you just need to add hot water and a little ghee (optional). Just mix well and feed. It becomes a great meal and a healthy Indian breakfast

How to make khichdi:-

1)    Pour 1 and half cups of water (180 ml) in a pan and heat.

2)    May add nuts and extra fresh vegetables, if required.

3)    Empty the content of the pack into pan. Cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame, stir occasionally. OR Microwave for 2 minutes on full power. Remove , stir and microwave for additional 5 minutes

Mix well and serve hot
