Poha is flattened rice that is steam cooked with onion, spices and herbs. The word poha refers to the flattened rice itself and well the dish made with it. These flattened rice flakes are also known as parched rice or beaten rice.

INGREDIENTS:- Poha (rice flakes ) 75 %, sunflower oil, groundnut, dry onion flakes, sugar, salt, green chilli and red chilli flakes, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, spices and condiments (Amchoor powder, turmeric powder, fennel, ginger, asafetida, lemon juice powder, black pepper powder), acidity regulator (citric acid E330), Natural Mixed Tocopherol, Arjuna, Ashwagandha , Dry Amla powder.

How to Prepare:-
1) Cut and open the Poha pouch and remove spoon
2) Add boiling water (80 ml) up to mark.
3) Zip lock the pouch and let stand the pouch for 5 minutes
4) Open zip and stir with spoon
Caution: - Correct quantity of water is important. Excess/less water may change the taste and look of poha.
