U.C.A control syrup is an effective combination of rare Ayurvedic herbs which are very effective to reduce uric acid levels naturally without causing any side effects.

Factors that can contribute to a high uric acid level include a diet high in purines (purines are broken down into uric acid), excess alcohol consumption, renal insufficiency, obesity, underactive thyroid, genetics, endocrine or metabolic conditions like diabetes or acidosis, and certain other diseases.

U.C.A control syrup is formulated with the various herbs which are known to control the uric acid accumulation and production in the body which includes: Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi), Bergenia ligulata (Pashanbhed), Crataeva Religiosa (Barna), Boerhaavia diffusa (Punernava), Tribulus terretris (Gokhru), Coriandrum sativum (Dhania), Picrohriza kurroa (Kutki), elettaria cardamomum (choti ela), Processed Potash alum (shudh fatkari), Potassium Carbonate (Jawa khar) & adothoda vasaka (Vasaka).

Dosage:

Adult : Take 10ml twice or thrice a day or as directed by the physician

Diet & Lifestyle Advice:

  • Avoid high-protein diet and excessive salt.
  • Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily to cleanse toxins from the body.
  • Avoid all sour, pungent, fried foods, red meat, alcohol, and tobacco.
  • Take light and easily digestible food like steamed or boiled vegetables or vegetable broth.
  • Use wholegrain bread, cereals and increase intake of seasonal fruits (except banana).
  • Increase the use of garlic, ginger, cumin, fennel, coriander, cardamom, and cinnamon.
  • Do light and gentle exercises.
  • Massage the joints gently with lukewarm sesame oil for 20-30 minutes.
  • Avoid damp and cold places and keep the body warm.
  • Avoid dairy products, especially yogurt.
